We've told you about Ecco Bella in the past, but that was before trying their Health by Chocolate bars that are marketed as dietary supplements rather than decadent candy. And there they were in the vitamin department of my co-op, the women's wonder bar just calling my name. The wrapper says "take sweet revenge on PMS, menopause and everyday cravings with this delicious Swiss chocolate, rose oil, herbs and soy", and I thought that sounded like a great idea even though the only one of those I suffer from is everyday cravings, namely chocolate. This seemed like the perfect prescription: organic chocolate to cure my chocolate craving! It is working beautifully but I must eat half of one of these bars a day to be sure I don't relapse. At first bite I thought this silky, dark chocolate might be too sweet, but a moment later the essential rose flavor hits more than just your tongue for a sensual taste sensation balancing out the sweetness immediately. It is rare to find rose in chocolate bars and it is a winning combination. I love this medecine.
