If you live in England you'll be happy to know you can have organic cake made for your next celebration. These custom cakes by the Organic Chocolate Cake Company look gorgeous covered in shards of dark and white chocolate. And they do weddings too! Another UK company, all things green, sells a wide selection of organic cakes with vegan and gluten free options. Their mouth watering Lemon Sponge cake "contains 10ml of Sicilian lemon oil and the juice of 1 lemon."

If you live on the other side of the pond or are reluctant to pay out so much Sterling for baked goods, try GoodBaker organic cake mix for an easy, do-it-yourself option. Other box mixes I like include Sandy's and Dr. Oetker Organics.
