The results of this fraud investigation are in. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture has found that Wal-Mart mislabeled produce and mislead consumers about organic food. Specifically, Wal-Mart was using the phrase "Wal-Mart Organics" in association with conventional produce.

The price for such misbehavior? A stern warning (and, of course, some bad press).
