If you are planning a trip to the snow for some skiing this season you'll be happy to hear that Vail ski resorts are offering organic food options in their restaurants. A report on the resort says "The company typically serves about 2.5 million lunches each winter at Vail, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek and Keystone in Colorado and Heavenly at Lake Tahoe on the Nevada- California line." Switching to organic food was a natural progression for the company after shifting to wind generated electricity to power all its resorts.
