P J Madison's organic ice cream

When I saw a new brand of organic ice cream at the grocery store I felt compelled to give it a try. PJ Madison's ice cream bills itself as "Organic super-premium gelato style ice cream". And while it was very rich and delicious fitting right into the super premium category, it was not dense or gooey enough and calling it gelato is a stretch. The flavors are intriguing such as, Kashmir Cinnamon and Julep Mint Chip. The Southern Butter Pecan we tried was very flavorful, even intoxicating and it went perfectly with apple crisp. The pecans had a nice, salty crunch to them. Overall this ice cream is creamy and satisfying, definitely worth trying.
