If you are a Belgian beer fan you will be glad to know of Foret the only organically made beer in Belgium. It scores a 93 from the Beverage Tasting Institute and it is crafted in one of the last farmhouse breweries in Europe using filtered artesian well water and 100% organically grown hops and barley. It is a bold beer with pleasant fruit undertones and a strong finish. It would pair nicely with dark bread and sharp cheese.
